Branding and web design


The Coffeeboys is a coffeebeans supplier founded by Jair Leepel and Mario Tahir. The Coffeeboys is specialized in bringing in exotic coffee beans from all over the world, ranging from the precious Kopi Luwak from Indonesia to the Galapagos coffee from Equador. I was tasked the assignment to design a new brand identity and voice for the brand that would attract both coffee experts and people who dare to try some exotic tastes.


For the identity of the brand we romanized the story of the founders. The brand tells the story of two men who left their day to day job to go an adventure in search for “treasures from beyond”. Their logo, a compass with in the middle a coffee bean symbolizes this adventure. The visual identity need to evoke the feeling of travel, uniqueness and adventure.
